Why I need a password?
The case that you created will analize by one or more of our agents. 
You can access to see the evolution of the case any time.

You need to enter a password in order to protect your privacy. 
Once you finish to describe your concern, you can access to your case with your email as username, 
and the private password you have created.

To generate your password, just enter something that you can recall in the future, in the
"Password" field. Next, write your password again in the following field, in order to
verify that you did write the one that you wanted.
